The United States Government has approved the sale of a new drug expected to raise the stakes in the male impotence market.

Viagra, is being manufactured by the German firm, Bayer AG, and marketed by the British firm GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as an vardenafil oral therapy for erectile dysfunction.
